Nigerian music producer and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy
has revealed plans to divert his skills and funds into
Nollywood. The don revealed this during his unveiling of his
new business initiative, Flobyt, when asked about the way
forward for him in terms of music and if we should be looking
forward to any album. This is what he had to say;
“I am not releasing an album anytime soon
because I have other artistes whom I need to
promote but filmmaking is definitely in the
works. I don’t regard myself as an artiste
because I am shy and reserved. I don’t like
talking in public, I can sing in the studio but
performing it on stage is the problem, I don’t
want to be regarded as a fake artiste but I will
go into movie making in the near future.”
Guess we have to stay glued to our gadgets so that we dont
miss out on the news of the movie when it comes out.
