Lady celebrates 14 years of freedom after 83 arrest, 66 convictions, 19 years of drug addiction, prostitution and mental illness

A lady identified as Tonier Cain-Muldrow has taken to her Facebook page to celebrate 14 years of freedom.

Narrating her story, Ms. Tonier revealed that she had been arrested 83 times, suffered 19 years of drug addiction, prostitution and mental illness. She wrote;

Fourteen years ago, I laid on my prison cell floor pregnant with mydaughter, and I cried out to God. 

My prayer was sincere and desperate. I cried out “God I don’t know if you listen to people likeme but if you do pleasehelp me”!! After 83 arrest, 66 convictions, 19 years of drug addiction, prostitution, homelessness, diagnosed mental ill, I felt hopeless, helpless and dead inside. 

I triedeverything else but God, so here I was trying God, sincerely seeking him. He heard my cries. Since that desperate cry, I have not desired or used drugs or even smoked a cigarette. 

What he has done for me and through me shows the true healing, delivering power of our true, living God. Our Savior!Our redeemer!!! Our Healer!! Our Deliverer!Today marks my 14th year of freedom. 

Who the son sets free is free indeed. Father God, I celebrate you!!!! I thank you! I honor and worship you for being The Creator! The First and the Last.

Jeremy Meeks reportedly files to get his marriage terminated as soon as possible

Jeremy Meeks is reportedly eager to be divorced from his ex Melissa Meeks so he can move on with his Topshop heiress girlfriend, Chloe Green.

Jeremy and Melissa have already signed off on their divorce settlement and Jeremy agreed to pay Melissa $1,000 a month in child support. 

However, the divorce is yet to be finalized and Jeremy is looking forward to it being finalized sooner.

According to The Blast, Meeks filed documents so that his marital status can be quickly dissolved. In the documents, hesays, "There has been a complete breakdown of the marriage and no further time orassistance will save the marriage.

"He also added, "Both parties are ready to end the marriage and have marital status terminated."

Nigerian Air Force denies deploying 100 aircraft for search of abducted Dapchi school girls

TheNigerian Air Forcehas denied media reports that it has deployed 100 aircrafts forthe search of the Dapchi school girls that were abducted on February 19th. Read the statement below

Medical doctor arrested over death of DPO in Lagos

The Lagos State police command has arrested a medical practitioner for the death of a Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in the state. 

According to reports, the deceased, a former DPO in Igando area of the state, was redeployed to Amuwo Odofin police post. Late last year, the DPO was injured in his arm during a faceoff with some hoodlums.

 He was said to be treating the dislocation in a traditional clinic, but the wound did not heal.Following the severe pains he was having, some of his friends advised him to try orthodox treatment and he wassaid to have taken the complaintto his medical doctor friend at Igando. 

The doctor was reported to have given him injection, following which, the DPO collapsed and all efforts to revive him proved abortive as he gave up the ghost.

A senior police officer at the Igando police station where the doctor is being detained said: “We are investigating to find out if the doctor gave him the right medication. 

We also want to find out if the doctor is qualified. The DPO went to the hospital on his own, it was not as if he was rushed to the hospital.”

Pictured above is 32-year-old pastor Chidiebere Okoroafor, the founder of Altar of Solutions church in Port Harcourt, who killed three of his church members in his bid to conceal the pregnancy of his girlfriend.

Pastor Chidebere was arraigned before a Chief magistrate court in Port Harcourt yesterday where he confessed to killing his pregnant girlfriend, Uloma Onwuagba, by strangling her. 

He also told the court that his second victim, a married womanby the name Comcillia Ezewa who is a friend of his pregnant mistress, died when he hit her on the chest and she fell on the ground. 

He also admitted that the third victim, a nine month old baby, Christabel Joseph, died because he was left alone in the bush after his mother died.

Comcillia had dragged Uloma tothe pastor's house to challenge him for not taking responsibility of Uloma's pregnancy. 

The clergyman lured her to an uncompleted building where he killed her. He then took Uluoma to a bush where hestragled her to death.

The state’s Deputy Commissioner of Police, Finance and Administration, DCP Okoro Cyril, who paraded the suspect at the state police command last week, said the incident occurred at Oyigbo Local Government Area of the state. 

DCP Cyril said the clergyman was apprehended with the help of the victims’ neighbours, who they told they were going to his church.“According to investigation report conducted by the State CID, the alleged pastor is in a relationship with his girlfriend, a member of his church and also carrying his baby. 

Okoroafor asked the deceased to abort her pregnancy but she refused. The refusal made the pastor to kill Uloma's friend byluring and strangulating her in an uncompleted building in order to cover up his deed. 

After he has committed this evil act, he now joined his late girlfriend at Afam road where they took a tricycle to Afam roundabout before taking a motorcycle to an isolated farm on Igberu road where he gruesomely murdered her with her deceased friend’s nine months old baby strapped to her back. 

According to the autopsy report the baby was killed as a result of suffocationby the wrapper used in carryingthe baby.’’Cyril explained that apprehending the pastor was made possible because the deceased had already told their neighbours where they were going that day. 

Few days after the neighbours couldn’t find them, they lodged a complaint of disappearance at the Afam divisional headquarters.‘’After preliminary investigationand search by the police with members of the community, the decomposing corpse of Uluomaand a nine months old baby identified as Joseph were discovered in a bush located along Afam Igberu road on December 13, 2017. 

Their bodies were evacuated and deposited at the mortuary. Six days after the recovery of Uluoma and the baby, the decomposing body of the mother of the baby, Ezeawa was recovered in an uncompleted building at Izuoma community in Oyigbo LGA and subsequently taken to the mortuary.”

During the process of the arrest the herdsmen show resistance, which made the alerted troops to engaged them and killed 10 of them.

#Dapchi update: FG releases names of 110 missing girls

The Federal Government has released the names and other details of the 110 girls who have yet to be accounted for, following the attack on the Government Girls Science and Technical College (GGSTC), Dapchi, Yobe State, on 19 Feb. 2018.

The list was contained in a statement issued in Abuja on Tuesday by the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, who has twice led a Federal Government delegation to Yobe since the tragic incident occurred.

The list, which was handed overto the Minister by the Yobe State Government, contains the name, age and class of each of the 110 students.Out of the 110 missing girls, 8are in JSS1, 17 in JSS2, 12 in JSS3, 40 in SS1, 19 in SS2 and 14 in SS3. The girls' ages range from 11 to 19 years.

The list, which also contains thecontact address and phone number of each missing girl, was verified by a 26-member Screening Committee that includes the Executive Secretary, State Teaching Service Board, Musa Abdulsalam; Director, Schools'Management, Ministry of Education, Shuaibu Bulama; Principal of GGSTC, Adama Abdulkarim; the two Vice Principals, Ali Musa Mabu and Abdullahi Sule Lampo; Admission Officer, Bashir Ali Yerima, and the Form Masters for all the classes.

Meanwhile, the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, on Tuesday relocatedto Yobe State to personally superintend the search for the girls.The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) had earlier deployed more platforms to the North-east for the search, as the security agencies ramp up their efforts to locate and rescue the girls.

#Dapchi Abduction: PDP demands full scale investigation by National Assembly

The Peoples Democratic Party has urged the National Assembly to immediately, as a matter of urgent national importance, open a full scale investigation into the circumstances leading to and surrounding the unfortunate abduction of 110 school girls inDapchi, Yobe state.

This investigation has become imperative in the face of rising speculations and conspiracy theorems in the public space, fueled by conflicting reports, attempts at cover-up and disagreements among government officials and agencies regarding the ugly incident.

The National Assembly must take a critical note of the allegation by Yobe State governor, Ibrahim Geidam, who insists that the abduction was preceded by the withdrawal of troops safeguarding the troubled area.

The governor is the chief security officer of the state andhis statement cannot be taken lightly or even dismissed by just a wave of the hand by anybody or any government agency under any guise whatsoever.

The PDP also urges the National Assembly to investigate the various conflicting reports that have characterized the abduction, particularly the initial moves bythe Federal Government to deny the occurrence of this incident.

Nigerians are indeed worried about the apparent deliberate design to hide the facts of this abduction and demand to know the truth. It is a common saying in Africa that thunder does not strike on the same spot twice.

We must not allow our nationalambience to be filled with speculations from conspiracy theorists. Our lawmakers musttherefore, in unraveling the matter, question all security agencies, particularly those operating in the area.

Furthermore, we urge the National Assembly to urgently come to the rescue of some of the parents of our abducted daughters, who were arrested and taken into custody for daring to demand to know the whereabouts of their children and wards.

The Federal Government must be made to live up to the basic responsibility of protecting lives and property and also to be truthful to Nigerians at all times.

We therefore demand a strong legislative action at the highest level to enable our nation know the truth on this matter and other issues directly affecting the safety and wellbeing of our citizens.

8 soldiers reportedly missing after Boko Haram members ambush military formation in Damboa, Borno state

Eight soldiers are missing, while three others are seriouslyinjured when Boko Haram members ambushed troops on the Damboa-Sabon Gari Road inBorno State today Monday February 26th. 

Military sources told Sahara Reporters that one Army gun truck was also taken away by the sect's members.

According to sources, the injured soldiers have been moved to a medical facility in Biu for treatment.

Identical Brothers Set To Wed Identical Sisters -

Two sets of identical twins are planning a join wedding after the twin brothers proposed to their identical twin girlfriends together.

Josh and Jeremy Salyers, 34, met Brittany and Briana Deane, 31, last August when they all attended a festival for twins, in Twinsburg, Ohio. Josh and Jeremy thought the twin brothers were a handsome duo at the beginning of the festival but didn’t actually meet up with them until the last night of the festival at the “twin party.” 

“Fast-forward a few months later, and Josh — now dating Brittany — Jeremy (Briana’s boyfriend) told the sisters that they had been tapped to film a commercial for a property in Twin Lakes, Virginia.

Don't be used to destroy Lagos, Oba Akiolu warns PSP operators

Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu onWednesday warned the Private Sector Participants (PSP) operators in waste management to desist from allowing themselves to be usedto sabotage the new environmental policy of the Lagos State Government encapsulated in the Cleaner Lagos Initiative (CLI).Speaking against the backdrop of some PSP operators arrested for dumping waste onmain streets across the state, Akiolu said the development was unfortunate and that it was important to caution them not to destroy Lagos in an attempt to discredit the new waste management regime.The monarch also warned residents of the state against dumping refuse in public places, saying the CLI is for the benefit of all and called for support for Visionscape in a bid to rid the state of refuse.Akiolu spoke at a Town Hall meeting to sensitise market women and others on the CLI project and the need to ensure acleaner environment. The event was held at the City Hall on Lagos Island, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.According to him, Lagosians should ensure that the state was not littered with refuse, warning that he would not beg for anybody who is arrested bythe state government for dumping refuse in unauthorisedplaces.Akiolu said he learnt that 13 people had been arrested for dumping refuse in unauthorisedplaces, adding that Lagosians should desist from such act, but rather bagged their waste and put them in places where Visionscape would cart them away.

The monarch said the state government had put in place mechanism to deal with waste in the state, saying that this kind of enlightenment programme would also be carried out in other parts of thestate.He further urged Lagosians notto patronise cart pushers as some of them hide arms in theircarts to wreck havoc, as well as dump such refuse in inappropriate places.He said: "I was in security service for thirty-two years, most of these miscreants, armed robbers used to hide their guns, live ammunition under these carts used for carting away refuse but with the initiative of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, things are going to be better.

We are going to have a cleaner Lagos provided we have100 percent citizenry cooperation, which is very necessary.“That is why I had to come out today to come and talk to all of them. Lagos has started to grow better and bigger. All the market women have to cooperate. I have told them to stop living in the markets. It is only mad people that live in the markets. That is not in our culture,” he said.Also speaking, Commissioner for the Environment, BabatundeDurosimi-Etti warned residents to stop indiscriminate dumping of refuse in unauthorized places, saying that perpetrators wouldface the full wrath of the law, including engaging communal service as a form of deterrence.The Commissioner reassured that the new solid waste management system was well thought out and positioned to offer an enduring solution to the waste management challenge thrown up by population increase and facility deficit that the State has had toencounter overtime.

He said the PSP operators could not cope with the huge refuse being generated in Lagoscurrently as the population keptgrowing, saying that they did not have the equipment to cope, especially with the rise in foreign exchange.According to him, this was what informed the Ambode administration to get a new consortium, Visionscape to handle domestic waste in the state, while the PSP operators would now handle commercial waste.Durosimi-Etti appealed to Lagosians to bag their waste properly so that refuse would not litter the streets, urging them to report people seen dumping refuse in unauthorisedplaces to government for prompt action.The Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Folasade Tinubu-Ojo said Lagos had always been a role model to other states of the country, charging the market women to contribute their quotato make Lagos cleaner and better than it was before.He called on Visionscape and the government to provide market women with thicker waste carriers so that they could bag their waste properly,assuring that the market women would cooperate to make Lagos clean and embrace CLI.Chairman, Lagos Island Local Government, Prince Adetoyosi Olusi also appealed to people on the Island to embrace the culture of bagging their waste and dumping them in designatedplaces where Visionscape would cart them away.He called for the ban of scavengers across the state astheir activities normally lead to littering the environment.

At least 5 people killed in severe storms in the USA

At least five people have died as a result of severe weather throughout the South and Central US.Over the weekend, a storm that covered from Texas to Canada’s maritime provinces spawned thunderstorms, flooding, and at least one tornado, according to the Associated Press.

The National Weather Service confirmed that three tornadoes hit Kentucky Saturday night in Hopkinsville, Logan County, and Warren County. A 79-year-old woman, Dallas Jane Combs, died when she was hit by debris in her southwestern Kentucky home, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office said.

Combs’ husband was also injured when he was blown into the home’s basement while attempting to prevent rain from getting inside. Two Kentucky men also died when each of their cars were submerged in ditch filled with floodwaters. One died in Simpson County and the other in Union County. The body of a man, 48, was also discovered in Michigan floodwaters causedby heavy rainfall, as well as melting snow, Kalamazoo Public Safety Lt. David Thomas announced on Sunday. In Arkansas, an 83-year-old man died after his trailer was toppled by high winds.Structures, including barns andgrain bins, were damaged in the storm.

In Robertson County, on the other side of the border with Tennessee, there were reports of overturned vehicles, windows blown out, and fallen trees. Power outages, fallen power poles and flooded roadswere reported in the county.Ohio Governor John Kasich issued an emergency declaration for 17 counties – along the Ohio River and in southern Ohio – "due to dangerous conditions resulting from severe storms and heavy rain.""I urge people to stay safe by staying informed, not taking any chances and checking in on your neighbors, especially seniors and families with youngkids," Kasich said in a press release.

CAN speaks on #Dapchi schoolgirls’ abduction

The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, in the 19 Northern states andAbuja, have expressed sadness over the recent abduction of 110 girls of Government SecondarySchool, Dapchi,Yobe State.In an interview with newsmen inKaduna state over the weekend,the spokesperson of CAN in the 19 Northern states, Rev. John Joseph Hayab, said the recent abduction is highly regrettable and urged the Federal government to do everything possible to ensure the girls return safely.

CAN is deeply concerned with this development. When we have not yet got back all the Chibok girls, andnow another 110 school girls have been kidnapped. And sadly, though, the Yobe State government have apologized for its firstdenial, but that denial made Nigerians more confused because it shows we cannot be truthful when fellow Nigerians are affected. The government and thesecurity agencies must sit up.The girls must not stay long like the previous ones before they are released. The girls must be brought back alive. The young girls are Nigerians. They need the protection of the Nigerian government. These girls can be anybody’s daughters. CAN is saying that the Nigeria security agencies must not play the propaganda game anymore. They should go after the criminals that have abducted these girls.The security should take serious action and stop making noise and confusing people. This particular abduction is a challenge to government to prove toNigerians that the huge spending on security isnot just a drain on our resources, because when we hear and read stories that billions of dollars is expended forsecurity and we still have issues like this, then it tells us that there is a serious problem in the country.” he said

Mystery of "heartbroken" dog with four puppies thatwaits on Platform 1 for same train night after night

The footage shows the dog looking inside the carriage, pacing on the platform when no one steps off and then running after the departing train.Thorat told the Mumbai Mirror: "I spotted the dog while returning from work. Rail staff have analsed CCTV and found the dog has been performing its strange routine as far back as January 2.The dog has now become somewhat of a celebrity, and people have been feeding her and her puppies after watching the video.

Between A Student Who Wants To Join Illuminati And A Supposed Member (Screenshots)

A university student has shared a chat between him and a man who claimed to be an Illuminati secret society member on WhatsApp. 

 The young man told the supposed Illuminati member (who is probably a scammer) that he wants money. He was told to bring $500 to purchase some items that will be used for his initiation for him to get the grand reward of $45 million.
