XtraTime Service Took effect. And the talking point
from the New Terms and Conditions is the increment
of the XtraTime Interest rate from 10% to 15%.
What this means is that if you borrow;

N100 They Will Deduct N15
N200 They Will Deduct N30 E.t.c
