Nigerian rapper and boss of Chocolate City Music,M.I Abagahas openly shared his views about sexuality and theGay lawin Nigeria which he describes as 'Stupid'.
In a recent podcast with'Middle Ground', MI said,'I feellike I have a few freinds with different sexual orientations and I think its stupid that we have that law in Nigeria but now that we do, until the law is repealed, I feel its not safe to openly disclose your sexuality'.

One of his Twitter followers however disagreed with his views, but MI said, 'Cheating and adultery are wrong.. but they are not criminalized.. andno form of consensual adult expression of love should be.. my opinion'.My thinking.. I was born straight.. I wd never want 2b punished 4 whoI am.. because of this.. I wouldn't punish som1 else for who they are
