Mobb Deep rapper, Prodigy, died on June 20th at age 42 while at a Las Vegas hospital getting treatment for sickle cell anemia. The officiall cause of death was revealed yesterday; accidental choking.
According to TMZ, the Clark County Medical Examiner determined, after their investigation, that he choked on an egg.
Prodigy was rushed to hospital after his sickle cell anemia, which he'd battled his entire life, flared up immediately following a performance in severe Las Vegas heat.
