Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State will be conducting
its
Supplementary Admission Screening Exercise for
candidates
seeking admission into the University for the
2016/2017Academic Session, on Saturday, 16th July,
2016.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The following categories of candidates are eligible
for the
screening exercise
Category 1: Candidates who chose Bowen University
while
completing JAMB form.
Category 2: Candidates who did not choose Bowen
University
Category 3: Candidates who had applied but missed
the
Admission Screening Exercise held on Saturday, 21st
May,
2016.
2. MODE OF APPLICATION
(a) On-Line Application
To complete the application form on-line
i. Visit Bowen University website http//
www.bowenuniversity.edu.ng to create an identity.
ii. Pay a sum of Seven Thousand Naira (N7,000.00)
only as
application form fee using your ATM Card/Quick
teller
options at any bank of your choice.
iii. Upon confirmation of payment, an applicant is to
use his/
her unique identity (Username&Password) to
complete and
submit the e-application form via the Bowen
University
website.
Payment for On-line forms through Banks
i. Applicants may also pay through any of the
following
banks: Skye Bank Plc, First Bank Plc, Sterling Bank
Plc,
Diamond Bank Plc and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc if
unable to
access an ATM terminal to generate an electronic
transaction.
ii. After payment, a confirmation will be forwarded
to the
applicant’s e-mail which will be utilized to access
and
complete the on-line application form.
iii. Candidates who are unable to make payments
through
the above medium may come to the examination
venue
with their bank drafts obtained from any of the
banks
stipulated above.
iv. On-Line Application Forms are also available for
sale
at the Bowen Microfinance Bank, Baptist Academy
Compound Obanikoro, Lagos.
(b) Off-Line Application Forms
(i) Application Forms may be obtained from any of
the
Application Form Sales Centres indicated in ‘3’
below upon
the presentation of a non-refundable application fee
of N7,
000.00 (Seven Thousand Naira) only in bank draft
payable
to Bowen University, Iwo from any of the following
banks

* Skye Bank Plc and
* Bowen Microfinance Bank, Baptist Academy

Obanikoro, Lagos.
(ii) Candidates must indicate their names and

Acknowledgement Forms and both the originals and

b. Birth Certificate
c. 2016 UTME Result Slip / Direct Entry Registration
